| The Committees
The AMETVS has established various committees that not only encourage networking among members and stakeholders but that also help develop solid projects for the ground transportation equipment industry.
Membership Committee
This new committee sets out strategies and practices to increase the number of members of the Association.
Chairperson: Mr. Richard Daneau, Executive Vice-president, RPM-Tech Inc. and Treasurer of the AMETVS Board of Directors.
Decision Makers Committee
This committee is responsible for developing programs and tools to improve business competitiveness. In recent years, the working group implemented the Lean Manufacturing Certification (PVA), which is now used by the Bureau de Normalisation du Québec (BNQ).

STRI Committee
This committee aims to develop the STRI. Committee members are invited to contribute ideas and concepts that will make this event a success!
Chairperson: Mr. Martin Dufour, Eng., CEO, Merkur Inc.
COMMITTEE SIVIC
The members of this committee are expected to put their ideas together to create a spectacular SIVIC edition 2008. A dynamic and strong committee will propulse the SIVIC 2008 on the highest peaks!

ANNUAL CONFERENCE COMMITTEE
This committee is responsible for planning the Annual Conference of the Association. The team meets about six times during the year to determine the theme and the programming of the event -- workshops, conferences, special events, etc.
